I'm new to working with the UI Extensions and Macro Editor on a Room Kit Pro so I could use some guidance. I have a room with several microphones connected to a Biamp DSP. This device is accessible via SSH/telnet. I would like to build a page with some volume sliders for these individual mics. I have no issues building the UI Extension, but I need some help correlating the sliders with actual commands sent to the Biamp. Currently this is controlled via a Crestron unit that is being removed.
Can someone explain to me if macros are the appropriate method here or if there is another option? Perhaps a sample config? I am missing the leap from UI to commands
