Connect SX20 to Crestron controller

Hi,

Can i connect my Cisco SX20 to a Crestron controller but not with RJ45?

My controller is not inside my network so i cant connect the SX20 to it in Ethernet...

You can connect to the SX20 using the following methods:

• SSH
• Telnet
• HTTP/HTTPS
• RS-232

Steps to connect using each method is outlined in the SX Series API Guides.

You will need a USB-RS232 adapter dongle, attach it to a USB port on the codec and then you can utilize the serial control commands.
