connect SX20 with PRTG

Hi,

we want to monitor sx20 telepresence services with PRTG, 

could we do it through SNMP?, what the exact SNMP version supported by sx20? and does we need to download a mib file on PRTG?

There is very little available via SNMP on the TelePresence endpoints (sysDescr, sysObjectID, sysUpTime, sysContact, sysName, sysLocation, sysServices), and on the newer versions of the CE endpoint software SNMP is disabled by default.

If you want to monitor stuff that's more useful, then you're better off using the xAPI to request from a wider set of information available on the endpoint.
