Content sharing issue in SX-20

• There were 4 users in calls (MS Lync, Lifesize 2 units, Cisco SX 20 )
• The call was initiated through  RMX bridge.
• When any participant was sharing the presentation the SX 20 was not able to receive the same.
• But when we do point to point call with any location the SX 20 is able to receive and send the presentation.

from the logs we can see below error

H.460 is used with H.323 call protocol for firewall and NAT traversal.
Are there any firewalls between the SX20 and the RMX?
What happens if the SX20 sends content?
