Create Hot Dial from EX60

I am looking to create a hot dial (PLAR) from the EX60. When a user picks up a phone, I want it to dial a hotline. I have created a partition, CSS, and Translation Pattern that I know work. After I assign it to the EX60 device profile, it does not work.

In short, it works for my 9951 and 7942 phones, but why can I not get it to work with the EX60?

Which TC and CUCM versions do you use?

I think I red before that PLAR was at least not supported with 8.6 and TC endpoints.

Just tried to find something either pro or con for any kind of version but did not find anything for now.

Maybe a good question for the CUCM group what needs to be in place to support PLAR and

which devices can be used.
