CTS-1300 & 7975, Midlet takes about 30 minutes to start

Hi,

      We are installing a new CTS-1300-65, all softwares and firmwares are the most recent, for both CTS and IP Phone, also correct Midlet is loaded in CUCM.   The problem is that everytime the when the phone restarts it takes about 30 minutes to the Midlet start to load, why is taking so long? config for phone,cts and services seems to be fine on CUCM.

Please help

Check your phone load is comaptible with CTS codec version. if not upgrade to the latest phone load version.

It is happening for one CTS or all CTS rooms.

Try following

1. Verify what firware you are ruuning on Codec and Verify the TSPM (Midlet) version that is subscribed to the phone.

2. Login to CUCM and Navigate to Device>Device Settings>Phone services.

3. Select the proper midlet service.

4. Copy the link in broswer i.e http://1.1.1.1:6970/TSPM-1.9.0-P1-1S.jad and try same link .jar

Check if you are getting same delay. Try to access the link from same network that of phone if possible.
