CTS 1300 and Polycom

Hi ,

I have VCS installed and CTS 1300 as an endpoint. When polycom external users sip uri dial to CTS 1300 it fails.

Do anyone came into this situation?

Hi Hemal,

I dont think you can register CTS 1300 to VCS.

Could you please provide me some more details about infrastructure and call flow?

Also for external SIP URI dialing, have you configured proper DNS SRV records for the domain.
