System shows LCD is not detected via serial. Serial cable connection is according to procedure. What else can I miss ?

Just to be sure, did you activate LCD in CUCM?

What is the version of your CUCM?

Why CUCM ? But LCD is connected direct to ACU & indirect t

o Primary Codec.

Yes but you need to activate LCD in the CUCM in the CTS-3010 device that you create.

OK. I will check with person in charge as I dont't have CUCM access.

What about CTSAdmin ? Any activation/ configuration ?
