Hello friends
I got a problem regarding with cts 3010's ligthing panel as they didnt switch off when the call was hanged up.
They are on persistently.
When I checked the cable connection between the primary codec and ACU, I didnt see any issue.
I need your feedbacks.

Hi.
I have this situation when the codec is not registered on the callmanager. Normally, it takes a while and then it turns it off. But stays on if not happy. LIkewise, when the codec is disconnected due to some issues, the light goes on.
Best would be to check on the callmanager if the unit is registered and then on the webadmin, what you will find in the log.

codec is registered to CUCM and able to make calls.

Ok.
When you go into the Hardware setup, does the light turn off? It should only turn on, when you choose the camera setup. If this does not happen, then there is something between the Codec and the light control box, I would say.

Hi Onur,
Please check the setting on the CUCM
CUCM administration >> Device >> Phone >> Goto the respective codec
Under,
Optional hardware >> Auxillary control Unit >> Change it on with calls only.
