Hello everyone.
We have started noticing a light blue spot on top of one of the main displays (the one on the left) of our CTS 3210. Whenever we start a point-to-point or multi-point session, the spot will show up and remain there for about 10 minutes while it fades away.
The spot is only visible physically in the room, remote participants can't see it, so we're considering this could be a hardware problem with the plasma screens.
I'll attach a picture from the room so it can better illustrate what we're seeing, and it seems we'll open a case with Cisco TAC regarding this spot...
