CTS 500 service always restart in when calling

Hi,

I'm using CTS 500 with firmware 1-10-9-30R-K9.P1 (before that, I use 1.8.0-P1-2S and face the same problem. I upgrade it to 10, because I thought its firmware issue with CUCM 10), registered to CUCM 10.0. When I try to make call with Jabber, it can connect, but a few seconds later, it will disconnect. I check from the CTS 500's web, calling_services always restart, so I assume this is the cause why the call always get disconnected.

 

Does anyone have experience this? I attach the log and you can see that the module will reset right after call established (My NTP server is dead when I testing this CTS, that's why on the log, the time is not correct because I'm not setup it to use manual time).
