CTS E20 vs PBX Panasonic TDE600

Need expert help

I tried to connect the videophone CTS Tandberg E20 to PBX Panasonic TDE 600 as a SIP phone. Registrationtakes place during the commission of a call to silence.

For example, I pick up the phone - I hear a dial tone

But when I type the phone number there is no connection - the silence

I would be grateful for any help.

Configuration of SIP standard.

Linphon works with Panasonic.

You will find supported SIP registrars/proxies in the release notes.  Here is the link to the Release Notes page: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/ps11329/prod_release_notes_list.html.

The Panasonic PBX is not a tested/supported system with the E20.

Hi Dmitry

You must update firmware for TDE600 for latest version (v.4.2003) .

TDE is now support video call SIP-SIP.

You need deactivate several Audio/Video Protocol in E20 Endpoint.
