CTS-SX20N-Codec Firmware Updated - Now won't boot up

Good morning,  We watched our CTS-SX20N-CODEC go through a firmware update and now it won't complete its boot cycle.  We tried doing a hard reset, per the instructions, with no luck. I tried local people to repair, but I have struck out.  I don't have a CISCO maintenance agreement, so I am looking for a place I can send it to to get repair.  Thank you in advance for any assistance.
