I have a client who has several VC systems connected to a CUCM. The CUCM has a SIP trunk so they use them to make calls as well. All of the VC can make multiparticipant calls with the add call button on the touch panel except for one that can only do that from the web interface, this one does not have the multisite option enabled but I imagine since we are not making any video calls just voice calls this shouldn't matter also since multi-participant calls can be performed through the web interface on this VC (roommkit pro) the problem seems to be just the touch panel missing the button ?

Has anyone experienced anything similar ? Any ideas how to tackle this?
