CUCM SFTP Telepresence Software Load Failure

I am trying to load software on a 9.1.2 CUCM and I keep getting a Error encountered: The selected file is not valid. MD5 Hash Value.  I have seen alot of threads on this error for the phone software that doesnt appear to pertain to the telepresence k9 files.  I confirmed the on the compatibility matrix  https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/telepresence/ix_sw/8_x/compatibility/ix__compat_8_0.html that the software is valid for this legacy version of cucm.  I tried all the supported versions of IX software but cannot get the file to load due to this error. For kicks I tried CTS software too and that receives the same error.  Any ideas?

Are the V3 RSA keys installed in your server?

doesnt that fix only apply to the k3 software? Video software uses k9.

didnt realize that fix applied to k9 software as well all the examples showed k3 but upon further reading it applies to cop files in general. 

loaded the version 3 key from the link below and it worked right away/  Thanks for the help!
