Hi,
I'm using C40 and C90 register to CUCM as a native client. When I call between these endpoints
call never connected with 1080p resolution(it connected with 720p)
But when I change the endpoints register to VCS, the call was connected with 1080p.
I'm not sure what I need to configure in CUCM to support 1080p resolution.
Software Version
CUCM 8.6.2.21900-5
C40 TC5.1.2.289652 with PremiumResolution license
C90 TC5.1.2.289652 with PremiumResolution license
Region setting in CUCM
Max Video Call Bit Rate (Includes Audio) = 32256
Max Audio Bit Rate 256 kbps (L16, AAC-LD)
Has anyone face this problem before?
