CUE script time source issue

I have a CUE ver 7, running on a 28XX series router.  The customer wants the timezone of the router to be PST, but the CUE timezone to be CST.  I havet he timezones setup accordingly, but the script on the CUE appears to be using the clock of the router when it does it's time-of-day check.  Can anyone verify that the script in the CUE actually uses the host routers clock for the time-of-day check, and not the native CUE clock?

CUE does not use router's clock and timezone settings, it uses its own.
