Custom phonebook for Telepresence User Portal Smart scheduler

Hi,

We have a TMS v15.x integrated with CUCM and CMS, installed TMSXE and TMSPE.

Request is to restrict visibility of some videoconferencing devices for different groups of people when using smart scheduler.

Currently we managed to do phone book restrictions on device level (phone books on devices) but we need to prevent some users to view some devices via Smart Scheduler. Now, all devices controlled by TMS can be seen and scheduled by everyone.

I cannot find any guides how to do that. Is this possible to do?

You can create separate TMS Groups for your users, then selectively set which groups do and don't have "Book" permissions to endpoints (individually per endpoint, or per TMS folders).
