Cyrillic labels in CMS

Hello!

I'm using CMS with CUCM

I've enabled participant labels in CMS, as far as I understand label is taken from ASCII Display (Caller ID) field set for the line of device. Is there a way to make CMS show label from Display (Caller ID) field, so that the label is shown in Cyrillic letters?

Check the “Transmit UTF-8 for Calling Party Name” on the CUCM SIP trunks facing CMS and reset them (which drops all calls).

for hebrew characters, the CMS presents the string as mirror writing.

do you know about bug on it?
