Detach and attach SQL database TMS server

Hi everybody,

I started to detach sql database from a  TMS server 13.1.1, with SQL studio express.

What' the exact procedure to detach the database with sql studio express or sql express and move it to an other server ?

I'm detach the base and i'm blocked, If I stop the operation and reboot the TMS, did I recover the database ??

info in the TMS documentation, like which permissions have to be set for the TMS on the SQL server.
