We have currently this topology:
Skype--CMS--CUCM
Users from skype dial XXXX@video.name.com
CMS transform to XXXX@name.com
Is possible configure Transform in CMS to send only XXXX to CUCM?

In your CUCM-CMS Trunk Profile you can apply SIP normalization script to modify the Calling URI
