Difference Between LIC-TP-12X-ROOM and NEW-UWL-12X-MTG

Hi,

As LIC-TP-12X-ROOM and NEW-UWL-12X-MTG  licenses are for Cisco TelePresence nodes and install in CUCM. Can someone help me to find what is the deference between them?

LIC-TP-12X-ROOM this is VC end point license and will be installed on CUCM

NEW-UWL-12X-MTG along with CUWL it includes personal multiparty  license. Cuwl licenses will be installed on CUCM and PMP on CMS.
