Difference Between LIC-TP-12X-ROOM and PMP

Hi,

As LIC-TP-12X-ROOM and PMP  licenses are for Cisco TelePresence nodes and install in CUCM. Can someone help me to find what is the deference between them?

LIC-TP-12X-ROOM is for CUCM to register VC end points like CS kit, MX etc...

PMP is for  Cisco Meeting server and its personal multipart license .

If we have CUCM and CMS, do we need both of the licenses?

LIC-TP-12X-ROOM is a license you load on the CUCM Smart License Manager/smart account and it's a telepresence room (TP) license
PMP - personal multiparty license is the license for CMS for a personal conference.
They are two different licenses depending on what you are doing.

If I have CUCM and CMS, and I would like to use Cisco endpoint to host a conference(example DX80), 

Do I only need CUWL meeting license only? (PMP license is included in CUWL meeting license)

Or I also need both CUWL and LIC-TP-12X-ROOM licenses?

I am afraid conference will not work without LIC-TP-12X-ROOM licenses
