Hi experts

How many system/device can be managed by TMS?

In datesheet and other documents, it says 5000.

But we can only add it up to 2000 in CCW.

Which is correct?

Thanks

1. What is your TMS installed software version ? Are you using SQL express or SQL standard[External database server] ?

2. What is the total number of system option keys added in TMS --> Administrative Tools --> Configuration --> General Settings -->Option Keys ?

3. Can you share the steps and type of end points you are adding in TMS ?

Hi,

Adding systems in TMS depends upon the number of license you have. As per the screenshot you have license for 2125 systems approx. Moreover your database should also support such large number of managed devices so it will be better if you have SQL enterprise version together with license for all 5000 systems.

Hello

But where should I choose another 3000 licenses??

Thanks!
