Hi,
We have deployed TMS and other cisco devices in a company.
The company already has several Polycom devices( HDX(3.0.5), VSX(8.5.3) ) and we connected those to TMS(14.3.1) for organizing directories.
Everything seems fine, We could see directories from TMS on Polycome devices
However the issue comes out when we update directory.
Any changes from TMS, those ploycom devices updated their own changes which means TMS and polycom devices has interoperability.
But when it comes to globla directory(GDS), we cannot find any changes on that directory, even Its own changes.
And those changes are updated to Cisco devices properly.
For instance,
we have 1 HDX, 1VSX, 1 SX20 and TMS.
we changed names of those three system with TMS.
We could see the changed name in System Informarion Category on every device.( Even names of polycom devices have been changed in that Category)
But If I go to GDS(Global Directory) in Polycome devices, There is no change. It just same as before. ( Even the changed name of itself )
I want to ask:
1) Why this happened?
2) What can I do for solving this problem?
