Disable/Hide User Interface OSD Webex Codec Plus

I can't figure out how to disable the volume and mic mute icons that pop up on the outputs. I know I can switch which output they are displayed on but would rather hide them completely. My Cisco Webex Codec Plus outputs 1 and 2 are plugged into a capture card for recording purposes. The codec is set to dual display.

Any ideas?

Hello,

As per Admin and API guides there is no option to disable/hide this. There are only option to Auto or screen number 1/2.

You can open a TAC case to see if they have any option if no probably you can reach out to account team to open a feature request for this.
