display message in cisco 9971

Dear all,

I ahve a problem with a cisco 9971 phone, sometimes in the middle of a call, and aparently without no action a message appears in the display "conservation mode" when this happens we only can finish the call without option of forwartd this call or do somethinf else.

Anyone have or knows something about this problem and how to avoid?
