I am able to make calls in to my CUE but I cant enter my pin. It acts like its not getting any button presses. I assume there is something wrong with my DTMF relay. Here is the sho run of the realavent parts:

First, I would check your CUE configuration to verify the DTMF method you have provisioned there. Session to the NME and execute the command:
show ccn subsystem sip
Make sure the DTMF method reported by CUE matches the voip dial-peer you have pointing to CUE.
Next, I would also specify the same DTMF method under the "voice register pool 1" configuration stanza.

I ended up calling TAC. The fix ended up being setting everything to "rtp-ne".
