duplicate calls being made when using alias between two C40 codecs

We have 2 new  C40 codecs.  When calling between the two using the alias, it appears 2 calls are being made.  In one direction we get a very quick disonnect message when accepting the call.  In the other direction, the call comes through, but on disconnect, we get a message saying missed call.

Sounds like the search rules may be forking the call some how - possibly the endpoint is getting a SIP call and a H.323 call at the same time. Could you post details of the calls and search history/details?

Thanks Guy.  I can't get into the VCS now, but will check

As Guy mention if multiple search rules matched with same search priority, VCS will process the calls in parallel which may end up forking the call.

Easy way to check, check if there is any search rules with same search priority. And if there any, try modify the priority and try reproduce the issue once again.
