Hi

DX and EX cannot find any user with directory option. DX70 ver. CE8.3.

I tried to configure phonebook to CUCM with URL https://<CUCM-IP-Address>:8443/cucm-uds/users but not sucess.

I have a TMS but the same to try to reach TMS phonebook.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advanced

What version of CUCM and TMS are you running?

TMS 15.4

CUCM 10.5

I configure the phonebook in TMS with the source CUCM, I can reach correctly the URL from PC, but DX or EX show not users in directory. Then I change the phonebook type to CUCM with UDS URL but same result

Below output from DX70 SSH connection

xcommand Phonebook Search PhonebookType: Corporate

OK
*r PhonebookSearchResult (status=Error):
*r PhonebookSearchResult Reason: "Unable to search using empty phonebook URL"
** end

.

Check this troubleshooting guide - you are missing something.

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/conferencing/telepresence-management-suite-tms/118705-technote-tms-00.html

Also note you can use TMS to source the phonebook - from your description and the results it sounds like right now you are pointing the endpoint to a phonebook that doesn't exist.

Another reference point for you: http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/telepresence/endpoint/ce80/administerting-endpoints-running-ce80-on-ucm-1101.pdf

In case anyone comes across this as we've just had the same thing, reboot the endpoint, something stuck, could be a bug but not worth the hassle investigating :)

How exactly did you configure TMS to reference CUCM? Do you have CUCM nodes added to TMS? Or were you trying to use the CUCM URL as a manual phonebook?

Here is how I have my CUCM phonebook configured in TMS.
