DX80 HDMI and Call: controls flashing

Our DX80 is connected to the corp network, we use for video conf and also to display screen contents via HDMI connection to a laptop.  When both are in progress, the call controls constantly flash as if the screen was being constantly touched, so often and fast the actual touch controls can't be used and it is very distracting. Unplugging the HDMI connection stops this behavior.  It happens with any computer connected to HDMI with a call in progress. Any solution? Cleaning the screen did not help.

Might be a silly question, but have you tried different HDMI cables?  

If that still doesn't help - it could be a hardware issue - contact the TAC and organise an RMA.

Yes, same results. Organizationally the device seems to be orphaned but I'll see if there's anyone left that supports within the company.

What SW version is on the DX80?

If you're eliminated all the external causes (different cables, different laptops, etc), then it'll be a hardware fault.   As suggested before, I'd suggest you contact TAC and organise for the unit to be replaced.
