DX80 play store apps

How do I install third party apps from the Google Play store onto a DX80?

I've enabled Advanced Mode, and enabled Third Party Apps.  

But the Google Play Store isn't installed.  When I try to install an app using the web browser, google play tells me "This browser is no longer supported.  Please use Google Play Store App"   But of course the link to the play store app doesn't work.

I don't know if you ever got this resolved. If not, you can do this by enabling setting "Allow application from Google Play" found almost at the bottom of the Device configuration page.

Maybe change it from the default "simple" mode to "enhanced" mode.  Simple takes away apps and functionality where 'enhanced' lets you use all android apps and functionality.  Find it in device->phone. under "product specific configuration layout"  search for "device UI Profile" in call manager.
