Safely powered off my DX80 endpoint yesterday which has been working flawlessly. Went to power back on today and power button has a red light on and will not start. Tried unplugging and resetting connections but no luck.
I just had this happen to me today. I tried the reset procedure (hold volume up until MUTE LED illuminates, then press the mute button), but the MUTE button never lit up.
I will be sending in the unit for repair.
