Hi All
How do I manually convert a DX80 to Android? I received a new DX80 this week, and it came with the CE firmware rather than Android.
Even though I would like to run it on CE, we are currently running CUCM 10.5.1, and from what I read CE for the DX80 is only supported from 10.5.2. All our other DX80s are currently running Android.
I've gone through the instructions here: http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/telepresence/endpoint/ce82/dx80-dx70-convert-between-CE-android-based-software.pdf, but it's for 10.5.2.

You either need to upgrade CUCM to 10.5.2 or you can use the Cisco Cloud Upgrader tool, which is mentioned in the migration guide you linked to on pg 11.

I managed to get it working by downgrading CE to 8.2, and then converting to Android. After that I just upgraded to later release available from my UCM.
