E20 missing call control buttons in H323 call

Hello, has anyone run into an issue with the E20 video phones where if it is in a H323 call the hold and transfer buttons dont appear?  it seems that if make or recieve a H323 call this occurs.  SIP works fine. i am running TE4.1.1 in this environment.

Hi Jarrod.  Double checking the RN for TE4.1.1 -

Doesn't seem to be implemented for H323 on E20.

Of course it isnt.  that would explain why i have the issues
