Editable quick reference guides

Hi,

At work i'm responsible for our customer training on the Teleprecense equipment we sell. We always give our customers a quick reference guide for the remote. Like theese:

However i would like to edit theese in indesign with the correct fonts and so on. But i cannot find the resources, that would be a very valuable resource for us as partners to Cisco. We would for example like to add our contact information in the same font as the rest of the text and i would also like to edit some of the information boxes to fit some more useful information than the original. I would also like to translate it into Swedish.

I wonder if there is any link to that kind of resources on the Cisco website or if there is any other way to get a hold of those files needed?
