endpoint authentication fail during SIP registration to VCSC

Dear All,

I have an authentication fail issue during endpoint sip registration to VCSC.

VCSC event log say that user not found. But user was created in VCSC local database and that user credential is working for h323 authentication.

 On endpoint system information page, SIP status is showing "Failed: 403 Forbidden".

Strange thing is after refresh the SIP configuration page saved login name and password were disappeared.

May I know anyone has encountered that experience. what configuration need to be checked?

VCSC firmware: 8.2

endpoint firmware: TC7.1.4.908e4a9

We use authentication on several of our TC based endpoints for H323 and SIP, don't have an issue with any of them.

The username will be displayed, however the password field will always appear blank in the web interface.
