endpoint gatekeeper with video proxy

I have a customer requirement to proxy video calls before sending through their firewall. they currently have a Cisco IOS endpoint gatekeeper 2821 ISR running IOS v12.3. Also less than 10 endpoints on the network. I have read SRNDs & border element config guides etc to death but cannot confirm - can the Border element be configured to proxy video calls on the same router as the endpoint gatekeeper? or do we need to purchase another router to be a border element? Also please confirm this will still integrate with CUCM v6.

Do you have any examples or configuration guides for NAT through firewalls using the Cisco border element? As I understand it, the recommended solution for this is to use the H.460.x protocols for NAT traversal, however I have not been able to locate documentation on how to deploy this with Cisco technology.

any help appreciated.
