Endpoint support for TMS 14 and TMS 15

Steve Deslandes

Hello, I have alot of customers asking me what systems are still able to be managed thru TMS on version 14 and version 15. I tried to look in alot of documentations (release notes, administrator guides, etc.) and I can't seem to find a clear answer to my question. Can someone help me with finding a proper table that indicates the systems that can still be managed properly by TMS 14 and 15? Thanks

Cisco stopped releasing the TMS product support document after TMS 13.x, refer to Finding information about systems supported by Cisco TMS for more information.  So, there hasn't been any official documents since TMS 13.2 that states what is supported, which is located on the Integrated Systems Documentation page for TMS.  You could use that document and then go through the various TMS Release Notes since then to see what has been removed or added.  In the most recent releases of TMS, they added what's called "Unmanaged Endpoints" which if formerly known as "Rooms", as well as "Unmanaged Bridges" - you could use either of these for any system that can't be added directly to TMS.

In addition to what [@patrick.sparkman] has said, some of the newer Cisco endpoints and/or newer software releases for those endpoints are only supported in the more recent TMS releases (ie, the MX series were added in TMS 14.4).
