What all Endpoints can i use for Cisco TelePresence Video Communication Server (VCS) with CUCM .

I am not sure I understand what you mean by "with CUCM as physical and clients internally"

There are several endpoints that you can use with VCS. The SX, EX, MXP series. For a complete list please refer to this link..

I just mean that I don't have presence servers. VCS along with CUCM and CUC

You don't need presence servers to register any endpoints. You can register endpoints either on cucm or VCS. VCS only registers video capable endpoints otherwise known as codecs. CUCM can register some codecs but not all of them.
