Error EX90 touch screen

Dear All,

 

our customer just buy a new EX90. when we try to install it, there is an error on touch screen “/mnt/base/image2/postinstall.d/rwfs.hook failed to run!”.

we try to install the EX90 with other touch screen, and it works. 

we think that the problem is with the touch screen then we already rma the touch screen part, but when we try to install the replacement unit, still got the same error.

 

Is there any idea about this problem?

From the error it looks like you are hitting the below BUG

Workaround
Downgrade to TC6.3.4 let the Touch 8 finish the upgrade, then upgrade to TC7.3.2.
