- can you make calls from the E20 to the EX60
- make sure in the EX60 the default call signaling/type is SIP
- is the SIP address using name/numer@CUCMIP address format

- I have not maked calls from E20 to EX60 yet, becouse i don´t have remote acces to the E20 to do that, then I will do this test when I have local access to the devices.
- I have turned off H.323 service in EX60, then the defualt call singnaling is SIP.
- I have configured EX60 device with 2002@CUCMIP format. but the Ex60 and E20 have asigned 2002 and 2001 numbers in the CCUCM, like others ip phones. Do i need do some special configuration in the CUCM?.

- if you can access the E20 via ssh you can generate a call through the CLI
- can you dial the E20 by typing the full SIP URI like 2001@CUCMIP and see if dose work ?
- i am assuming basic CUCM config if correct in terms of Partitions and CSS
