EX90 cannot send video to MCU

Hello Guys;

We have ex90 video conferencing endpoints at far location which we use our weekly meetings and ıts version is 5.1.3. We have one mcu to use at our meetings and ıts name and version is mcu 4210 4.5(1.55). 

We use this mcu  joining 30 locations in every week. Two locations which have two ex90 cannot send video. Packet loss's percent is very high. At this result, other locations cannot see these two locations but audio is not problem. 

We have some tests, For instance, We tested these two locations point-2-point conference. everything is ok.

But, When we use mcu for these two ex90, We cannot send video.

Hi,

Possible reasons:

1. If there's no video received, the maximum video ports of the MCU is already utilized so additional endpoints will use the audio ports as audio only participant in the conference.

2. How's the network connectivity of the EX90 endpoints to the MCU? Is it public IP connecting to MCU 2nd interface (via video firewall)? via LAN? WAN? Make sure to allocate enough bandwidth for your MCU to host conference with large number of endpoints. Lack of bandwidth and bottleneck video traffic on the network can cause large amount of packet loss and jitter that affects the quality of video call.

If you tried just these two EX90 endpoints connecting to the MCU and with no other endpoints connecting to MCU video but no video is being received, possible cause is firewall that is blocking video packets.
