EX90 setup

Hi

I wanted to know has anyone seen this issue before with an EX90? I have 1 EX90 in New York and I have a Life Size Unit in Texas and when I call him in New York everything works fine. He can see and hear me and vice versa. But when he calls me he can see me but neither one of us can hear each other.

Any help would be greatly appreciate on this issue and have a great weekend.

Hello

Would be good if you could provide more information, like call flow, where devices are registered, versions, etc.

Also we would need logs to see what is happening during initial call set up.
