Hi Vladimir,

is the only thing the touch panel does now? or it comes on properly as well?

what is that software version of the codec , was that recently changed ?

does the Ex90 screen comes on with wallpaper?

if it is not goiung beyond cisco circle, you can try

:disconnecting the touch and power on the ex90 , once the unit is up connect the touch panel to it.

if you have another unit  try connecting to it.

let me know the results so that we can proceed accordingly.

Regards

Ravi kr.

Hello Ravi,

Codec version TC5.0.1.275220, there was no any recent update, yes EX90 when boot up - there is wallpaper, but on touch panel 'cisco' logo only. I tried booting EX90 without touch panel, then pluged in, all the same.

Is the touch panel the one that came with the system?  If not, or, if it's one of the newer touch panels, it may require a more recent version of the codec software to function (The newer panels need TC5.1.4 or higher).

There's a Hardware Dependencies appendix at the end of the release notes for the TC software that specifies the minimum firmware versions for the touch panel and codec to function correctly and how to identify which one you've got by it's TAN number.

Given that the software is up to TC6.2 now, perhaps you could try upgrading your EX90 to a newer version and this could fix your issue.
