Hi,
I wanted to export VCS call records to a billing system, what do I need to do to get these records in a raw format?
I see the records in the Call\History log but they are not in raw format.

You can see the history stuff in it's xml format..
Open the history xml document... https://IPAddress/history.xml
You can also use xpath expressions to interface with the xml via web or shell
If the VCS documents don't cover it well.. look at the api docs for the integration codecs.. the way you interface with the data is basically the same for call history.. just more fields on the vcs
