Expressway C/E B2B calls cannot be received

Hello,

 

Our setup contains Unified CM 10.5(2) and Expressway Cluster C/E 8.5 as we are trying to Make and receive B2B Calls. Currently, we are able to call any domain outside the enterprise network successfully with no issue however when trying to receive, it gives the other party error that our Video Endpoint is not responding.

Expressway C1/E1 is hosting 4 RMS licenses, However For Expressway-C2/E2 there are no RMS licenses. So we decided that all B2B calls should go through expressway C1/E1 only as we made sure to publish the SRV records for Expressway C1/E1 only.  The SIP Trunk for EXP-C on Unified CM is only pointing to EXP-C1 .

 

Now what could be the issue that we are facing as we followed CVD documentation step by step !!

Have you looked at the logs?? do you see the calls hitting EXP-E??? if not, you want to look into SRVs and make sure they're right.
