Expressway-C to IM&P: "AXL query HTTP error "'HTTPError: 404'"

Hi team,

 

We are facing this problem with Federation (Expressway C|E with IM&P).

The services like MRA and B2B is working fine.

In debug we have this information below:

Does anybody know something like that?

We are having the same issue. Started right after upgrading CUCM and IM&P to 11.5.1 SU3. Everything all seems to be working fine though (MRA and B2B).

 

Did you happen to find a solution?

This got resolved. On CUCM under System > Server, the IM&P FQDN was in upper case and on Expressway-C under Configuration > Unified Communications > IM and Presence Service nodes

it was in lower case. It was never an issue when on 10.5.2, but since 11.5.1 SU3 it seemed to be a problem.

 

Two solutions work:

 

Delete the IM&P entry on Expressway-C and re-add it in upper case like it is on CUCM (another engineer I know resolved it this way).

 

Or

 

Try and add the IM&P name on Expressway-C in upper case, it generated an error message (time out, socket error), just ignore it, go back to the IM&P entry already on Expressway-C in lower case, check the box and click “Refresh”. It resolved it (this worked for me).
