Call disconnection issue in Expressway E;
When we are making a B2B incoming calls, the call arrives on the CMS bridge and disconnects after a differential time of span 15 or 30 minutes.
We have analyzed logs and found that :
when Our end expressway E send re-invite message to far end but far end some time did not receive re-invite message .
our Expressway E send request timeout message to expressway C and calls got disconnected.
For the setup we have below parameters:
We have expressway setup single NIC with single subnet.
1. Expressway C 10.20.30.18
2. Expressway E 10.20.30.19 NATED IP 14.X.X.X ( Public IP)
We have configured NAT reflection on firewall for B2B calls.
1 Expressway C(10.20.30.18) Zone configuration:
We have mentained public IP of expressway E in expressway C Zones.
Traversal client Zone
Peer Address:14.X.X.X
2 Expressway E ( 10.20.30.19) Traversal zone :
Expressway E reaches with expressway C via Firewall IP i.e 10.20.30.1 instead of expressway C IP(10.20.30.1)
Connection 1 SIP: Reachable: 10.20.30.1:25001
is this correct way ?
3 DR Side expressway:( single NIC with single subnet)
expressway C
-----------Firewalll-1 --------Firewall -2 -------Router-------Internet link
expressway E
On which firewall should the NAT reflection be done ?
Could you please let us know:
1 will this deployment work ?
2 What would be the reason for re-invite message not reaching far end ?

Hello,
Have you checked the far end logs and sure that Re-invite is not reaching to them?
If its not reaching i will rather say involve your firewall team and investigate more on firewall side.
Also make sure SIP ALG is off on external firewall.
And NAT should be done on firewall 2 (external) one.
Thanks
