Expressway-C/E pair version X8.5.2 cannot locate CMR-Cloud using SIP protocol but correctly locates it via H.323.
Anyways, call goes through in SIP.
Anyone with same issue?
Make sure that the port range for Cisco Expressway-E, Cisco VCS Expressway, or other edge traversal devices and firewalls allows the following:
>> Inbound SIP signaling traffic from the WebEx cloud over TCP for ports 5060 and 5061
>> outbound SIP signaling traffic to the WebEx cloud over TCP for the ports 5060 – 5070
Try reducing the SIP TCP timeout as explined in the following guide ( pages 11-12 )
